Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and business/group organization leads to understand unique talent needs.
  • •Manage full lifecycle recruiting and hiring deliverables, including creating position descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, and negotiating offers.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing plans and own candidate development from identification and engagement through closing.
  • •Provide consulting and guidance to Talent Acquisition teams and advise partners on the recruiting process.
  • •Leverage recruiting data for proactive status updates and hiring results, and collaborate with recruiters to promote inclusion and empowerment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience (or a combination of these).
  • •4+ years of experience in corporate recruiting (full life cycle, research, and sourcing).
  • •Experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while building strong working relationships.
  • •Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
