Lead construction project planning and coordination for the delivery of a new music arena in Lima, Peru on behalf of the owner. Own schedule, budget, cash flows, and financial transparency, approve expenditures and change orders, and report regularly to senior management. Drive quality control and compliance with codes, manage risks and safety protocols, oversee contract negotiations, and facilitate stakeholder alignment from early planning through execution.
