Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve construction schedule, budget, and scope outcomes for large-scale entertainment venue(s) in Lima.
  • •Lead and negotiate construction contract structure with the construction manager, general contractor, or similar parties.
  • •Manage and collaborate with Lima-based third-party teams (project management, architects, engineers, contractors) to align on project goals.
  • •Oversee construction budget, cash flows, financial transactions (expenditures, invoices, change orders), and provide regular financial reports.
  • •Ensure quality control and compliance (standards, codes, permits), develop project schedules, monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain safety protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 15 years of experience managing complex construction projects with increasing seniority.
  • •Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
  • •Proven leadership ability to oversee large, complex construction projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
