Job Summary

Own policy and program strategy for TikTok Shop’s Governance and Experience team, helping ensure the e-commerce marketplace is safe, trustworthy, and high quality for users, sellers, and creators. Build and launch governance policies across content and creator account health, violations, rewards, and risk mitigation. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design workflows, dashboards, feedback loops, training, and emergency case resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop strategies and policies for content and creator governance, accounting for cultures, regulations, and nuances.
•Create strategies and policies to improve content and creator account health, including handling violations, rewards, and penalties.
•Mitigate risks, monitor ecosystem quality, and support personalized recommendations to raise content ecosystem standards.
•Coordinate with Engineering, Ops, Product, and Moderation to consolidate, analyze pain points, derive action plans, and launch end-to-end strategies.
•Implement and review feedback loops, operational workflows, dashboards, training, and troubleshoot high-priority emergency cases.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience in Creator and Ecosystem Operations or Strategy, Social Media Content Safety, Trust & Safety, Internet Safety, or related fields.
•Ability to coordinate, communicate, and manage projects to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch plans.
•Willingness to travel when needed and work across time zones.
•Experience in e-commerce compliance and ecosystem management (advantageous).
