Sales Associate

Provide outstanding consumer experiences in-store by following Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model and championing a positive team culture. Support store operations across POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom activities. Work with store management to meet personal performance goals using effective selling strategies, and serve as a brand ambassador by sharing product collaboration and launch information. Adhere to asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
