Design and deliver scalable, interactive training programs for frontline teams, owning strategy, curricula portfolios, and project pipelines to ensure high-quality delivery. Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick) with agile development to perform needs analysis and drive measurable performance and behavior change. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, collaborate with training vendors, leverage AI-powered authoring tools, mentor teams, and present progress and program impact at the executive level.
