Manage assigned transportation and logistics accounts by coordinating client-facing processes, supporting Commercial Risk needs, and partnering with colleagues to meet clients’ risk management goals. Serve as a key liaison for insurance program items, renewals, and billing matters, including tracking open items, responding to coverage inquiries, and monitoring invoices, receivables, and collections. Use databases and systems to produce client outputs and assist with presentations and proposals.
