Job Summary

Direct audit process and quality across the firm’s Audit & Assurance System of Quality Management (SoQM). Collaborate with key stakeholders to validate SoQM understanding, assess and respond to quality risks, and develop monitoring plans. Review QMR monitoring documentation, serve as a testing and issue-management point of contact, perform root-cause analysis, and advise on risk controls. Support reporting, training materials, and escalation of known gaps to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to validate understanding of the Audit & Assurance System of Quality Management (SoQM).
•Provide independent perspective on risks to SoQM and evolve response needs based on quality risks, processes, and firm policies and procedures.
•Develop and execute monitoring plans, including reviewing monitoring plans performed by the Quality Monitoring and Remediation (QMR) team and ensuring documentation is appropriate.
•Serve as a point of contact for SoQM areas to support testing and issue management; maintain active communication with process/response owners.
•Consult with response/process owners to perform root cause analysis, develop recommendations for business/process improvements, and provide risk controls advisory; assist with reporting and training materials.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 198,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
•6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the role or in risk/audit/advisory-related job titles.
•Experience with control software, security architecture, network security, operating systems (Windows, UNIX, AS400, Mainframe), and databases.
•Experience with GAAS, ISQM 1, and PCAOB standards.
•CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification required.
