Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while supporting team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and shipment/stockroom tasks.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and moving around sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
