Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.
  • •Leverage tools and platforms to uncover insights from large numeric and textual datasets.
  • •Be an expert in NLP to harness and adapt/fine-tune large language models for customer-facing applications.
  • •Build machine learning and NLP models through design, training, evaluation, and validation, partnering to operationalize them in scalable production systems.
  • •Translate model complexity into clear business goals and lead talent development for your team and beyond.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience performing data analytics (6+ years with a Bachelor’s; 4+ years with a Master’s/MBA; or 1+ year with a PhD in a quantitative field).
  • •At least 1 year leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
  • •At least 1 year working with machine learning.
  • •At least 1 year utilizing relational databases.
  • •Ability to lead and develop a team, communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences, and deliver models at scale.
