Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and develop strong relationships with team members.
  • •Carry out specialized repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance on surface and underground mining equipment and components.
  • •Complete complex repairs and refurbishment with attention to detail and meticulous quality.
  • •Provide high level technical product support to customers in the region as required.
  • •Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements, and continuously improve work standards and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Diesel, Fixed Plant, Auto Electrical, hydraulic, or similar.
  • •Customer-facing experience (or similar) and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • •Extensive experience maintaining surface and underground mobile mining equipment, including hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairs.
  • •Experience with preventative and breakdown maintenance plus heavy mobile plant equipment rebuilds.
  • •Basic computer skills for report writing and documentation, with proven troubleshooting of complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.
