Job Summary

Lead interface activities across the project lifecycle for major roads, rail, public transport, and greenways programmes. Coordinate logistics, construction integration, and stakeholder communication between contracts, systems, and authorities to enable fully integrated delivery. Oversee security strategies, ensure HSSEQ compliance, and provide technical guidance and coaching to multidisciplinary teams. Prepare and review technical submissions, reports, planning and tender documentation to Irish/EU standards while driving innovation, sustainability, and digital delivery.

Key Requirements

•Typically 10+ years’ experience, including at least 5 years in interface, construction, or project management for high-value roads, rail, public transport, light rail, or enabling works projects (or transferable experience from water, energy, or utilities).
•Degree in engineering, construction, or project management (Level 9 Masters and Chartered status highly desirable).
•Proven track record leading teams to deliver complex, regulated infrastructure to programme and budget, including contractor coordination and interface management.
•Strong knowledge of Irish and European design standards, planning processes, and statutory requirements.
•Experience preparing and reviewing technical reports, drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
