Key Requirements

  • •Typically 10+ years’ experience, including at least 5 years in interface, construction, or project management for high-value roads, rail, public transport, light rail, or enabling works projects (or transferable experience from water, energy, or utilities).
  • •Degree in engineering, construction, or project management (Level 9 Masters and Chartered status highly desirable).
  • •Proven track record leading teams to deliver complex, regulated infrastructure to programme and budget, including contractor coordination and interface management.
  • •Strong knowledge of Irish and European design standards, planning processes, and statutory requirements.
  • •Experience preparing and reviewing technical reports, drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
