Key Responsibilities

•Curate and produce visual content across platforms (social, video, digital, print, experiential) while maintaining brand integrity and production quality standards.
•Lead photo shoot production for FOB, well features, covers, and special projects, including commissioning teams, liaising with vendors, and staying within budget.
•Develop digital-first photo strategies and support print-to-web visual direction; secure multimedia and video assets for digital crops, social, BTS content, and videos.
•Build and manage production plans and documentation (timelines, schedules, budgets, shot lists, call sheets) and communicate updates to stakeholders.
•Provide on-set coordination and troubleshoot issues to ensure visual direction is executed successfully; manage budgets and vendor rates and oversee contracts, photo fees, and usage rights.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 88,000 - 113,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years in photo/visual production and photo editing, with magazine experience strongly preferred and a growing network of contacts (agencies, photographers, stylists, studios).
•Experience leading complex, talent-based editorial shoots while managing strong personalities.
•Passion for current events and visual culture, with a strong foundation in art history.
•Demonstrated editorial judgment and ability to develop visual stories across platforms with knowledge of platform requirements.
•Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; highly organized with excellent communication skills.
