Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily issues for aircraft spare parts provisioning and associated logistics actions, coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and customs agents.
  • •Control all component movements to ensure availability under contractually agreed terms and arrange deliveries from the main base to outer stations.
  • •Coordinate case-by-case logistics activities worldwide and represent the AOG Desk Team at production meetings.
  • •Procure urgently needed aircraft spare parts by placing Purchase, Repair, Loan, and Exchange Orders, ensuring compliance with company and EASA requirements.
  • •Arrange, trace, and track shipments worldwide; monitor loan and exchange events; follow up on open purchase orders; report delivery status continuously and provide alternative plans when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics is an advantage.
  • •Business administration background (0.5–1 year) is an advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • •Computer literacy with advanced proficiency in MS Office.
