Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high level technical project leadership for EHV Transmission and Substation projects, overseeing financial, technical, client satisfaction, quality, safety, and schedule.
  • •Coordinate and communicate with management and disciplines throughout the project lifecycle to support internal and client cost and schedule objectives.
  • •Lead development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management, and control; manage and mitigate emergent scope, risk, and budget issues.
  • •Deliver regular project reporting and serve as the client-facing representative to develop long-term client relationships while enforcing safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management, or Construction Management (or related technical discipline) or equivalent experience in an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment.
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the power/energy industry.
  • •Strong understanding of project delivery and experience managing projects through delivery models including DBB, EPC, and PDB.
  • •Advanced analytical and organizational skills with business acumen bridging business and project management.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with leadership, subcontractors, and employees at all levels.
