Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage RPA inputs and end-to-end tracking for seeding, kit drops, and product orders, partnering with demand planners on forecasting.
  • •Coordinate and deliver white-glove operational and logistical support for high-priority gatherings, key events, and the annual regional Athlete Summit.
  • •Oversee on-site event logistics including nutrition, shelter, ground transportation, and coordinate athlete gifting and milestone initiatives.
  • •Facilitate smooth athlete transitions by managing dedicated onboarding support and event-based communication channels.
  • •Track master athlete calendar and travel schedules to align athlete product needs with cross-functional product timelines, and manage prompt invoice processing and vendor coordination.
