Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high performance standards across Philippines projects and develop best-practice models for maintaining quality.
  • •Facilitate calibration meetings with stakeholders, provide feedback, and disseminate policy updates with a Policy POC.
  • •Perform daily audits on Philippines content, analyze errors, and provide feedback to relevant teams.
  • •Compile regular performance data reports for SME and management teams, and run RCA escalations as needed.
  • •Support queue-based delivery and queue content moderation, backfill temporary gaps, and help design training plans and onboarding SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Tagalog and fluency in English for interacting with Tagalog content and stakeholders.
  • •Experience in Content Moderation, Content Quality, Content Safety, Labeling, or Annotation (added advantage).
  • •Ability to learn fast and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Broad understanding of business needs and ability to make good decisions in complex situations.
  • •Comfort working independently and in collaboration with stakeholders to deliver quality standards.
