  • •Ensure alignment between material availability, production schedules, and contractual requirements using MRP and Shop Floor Control systems.
  • •Drive a controlled, efficient, and reliable flow of materials and services and take direct ownership of execution.
  • •Maintain and drive accurate MRP schedules, using data and performance metrics (e.g., Material Order Coverage, Aging Work Orders, deliverables).
  • •Coordinate with Engineering, Mission Assurance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Program, and Factory Operations; lead training/process improvement initiatives and drive materials compliance through audits.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years.
  • •Experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, production control, program management, manufacturing, or operations.
  • •Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) / ERP systems.
  • •Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.
