Job Summary

Drive sales and activity targets for lending, credit cards, credit limit increases, general insurance, and credit enhancement products. Engage customers in person, by phone, and digitally to identify needs, present suitable solutions, and complete applications end-to-end. Build strong relationships through needs-based conversations, promote digital self-service adoption, resolve issues to support first-contact resolution, and follow risk, compliance, and financial crime policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver against agreed sales and activity targets across specified financial products, including lending and credit cards.
•Proactively engage customers across in-person, phone, and digital channels to identify needs and progress applications to completion.
•Build strong relationships through needs-based conversations, recommending and referring HSBC products based on eligibility.
•Promote and support digital banking adoption while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
•Maintain risk discipline by following HSBC policies, ensuring accurate product information and high file/data quality, and resolving issues and complaints promptly.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma (or equivalent) and experience in banking (or equivalent customer-facing sales experience in financial services).
•Ability to work to sales targets and deliver strong customer outcomes.
•Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills to handle objections and guide customers through decisions.
•Strong customer service mindset with evidence of effective issue resolution.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Associate degree and experience in consumer lending/credit cards/general insurance sales are preferred.
