Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end backend features for the RCM AI platform, from design through production
•Ship production AI features and copilots that automate claims submission, remittance posting, denials and appeals, and document extraction
•Collaborate across the full software stack and work directly with customers to address issues
•Build and maintain scalable backend services in a fast-paced, high-stakes healthcare environment
•Partner with operations and customers to turn repetitive workflows into auditable, AI-assisted processes

Key Requirements

•Must-have Python backend experience; comfortable with Python and building production backend systems
•Strong backend programming skills with exposure to modern Python frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI)
•Experience with containers and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
•Proven track record of shipping software quickly and delivering production-grade features
•Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to own features end-to-end
