Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support start-up and commissioning activities for a Romanian Black Sea platform, including platform transition into production.
  • •Conduct well clean-up and support back-gassing and hydrocarbon transfer to onshore facilities.
  • •Monitor and optimize offshore production systems and separation processes, including methanol management and TEG systems.
  • •Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely technical solutions to maintain safe and efficient operations.
  • •Ensure valve and plant line-ups are completed per approved procedures, work packs, and P&IDs, while actively participating in HSE activities and emergency response.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid offshore medical certification (e.g. OGUK or equivalent).
  • •Proven experience in onshore or offshore control room operations, managing production activities and meeting operational targets.
  • •Strong working knowledge of DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and ICSS (Integrated Control and Safety Systems).
  • •Technical expertise in offshore production operations and process control systems.
  • •Ability to interpret and work to operational procedures, work packs, and P&IDs.
