Lead the successful delivery of galley programs and associated airline projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and scope are met while aligning with strategic objectives. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers, overseeing multiple projects and managing resources, risks, and opportunities. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and change leadership, and manage key program profitability through P&L oversight and effective forecasting.
