Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead aerospace program delivery by managing plans, schedules, and budgets and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • •Oversee program P&L through budget control, forecasting, and supplier management to protect profitability.
  • •Develop and execute program plans, including milestones and contractual objective tracking; manage scope, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Resolve program conflicts and escalate complex issues to senior program and sales leadership when needed.
  • •Embed continuous improvement and lessons learned to optimize efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in program and project management.

  • •Good knowledge of NPI product lifecycle and new product development, plus strong stakeholder and customer exposure.
