Business Banking Relationship Manager

Serve as a trusted relationship manager and financial advisor for business banking clients, owning new relationship acquisition and the growth of existing portfolios. Educate clients on KeyBank products such as cash management, payments, and equipment finance, while prospecting and building a referral network. Lead and participate in credit processes, partnering with Credit on underwriting, structuring, and portfolio risk management to protect asset quality and profitability goals.
