Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead shift teams of equipment maintenance technicians for 24/7 reliability of silicon assembly production equipment.
  • •Execute preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to improve high availability and OEE.
  • •Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis and corrective actions across silicon assembly and test equipment.
  • •Coordinate with production, process engineering, and facilities to schedule maintenance with minimal output impact.
  • •Manage spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and purchase requisitions on shift while supporting TPM and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification, or 3+ years of industrial/machine maintenance experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •2+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing/operations environment.
  • •1+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead position.
  • •Prior experience maintaining semiconductor, solar, or advanced automation equipment.
  • •Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
