Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable IT solutions and guide full-stack engineers to deliver solutions meeting business requirements.
•Continuously enhance systems to improve observability, stability and scalability across the delivery cycle.
•Drive and adopt advanced engineering practices and DevSecOps principles within the pod to improve release cadence and reduce incidents.
•Lead technical capability uplift for pod members and collaborate with Chief Product Owner, Product Owner, and User Representatives.
•Ensure IT risk and controls requirements are met and actively participate in implementation, testing, deployment, and operations as needed.

Key Requirements

•8+ years IT experience in system development; experience in Financial Risk Management is a plus.
•Strong business-to-technology translation skills: able to analyze complex problems, gather requirements, and convert them into clear artifacts.
•Solid engineering foundation across enterprise and cloud stack: Java/J2EE, Python, Unix/Linux shell scripting, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Web UI, Oracle; modern platforms including Kubernetes, Airflow, Superset.
•Practical delivery and DevOps capability: hands-on with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins and Ansible; Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub.
•Proven leadership in execution: experience leading developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable changes; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
