Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational planning throughout the hotel design lifecycle.
  • •Develop operational concepts and planning criteria for Rooms Division functions and back-of-house areas.
  • •Review design proposals to optimize operational efficiency, guest experience, and asset performance.
  • •Define operational workflows, space planning, and functional relationships.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams, hotel operators, architects, and consultants; participate in design reviews to identify operational risks and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in luxury hotel operations, operational planning, design development, technical services, or hotel pre-opening projects.

  • •Experience working with hotel operators, architects, designers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest journey planning, and operational design.
