Hardware Reliability Engineer (Starshield)

Ensure the reliability and performance of Starshield satellites by performing detailed hardware failure analysis on PCBAs and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve product robustness, test coverage, and manufacturing yields. Use schematics, test equipment, and inspection processes to identify failure mechanisms, conduct benchtop environmental testing, and support production and field operations with technical guidance and thorough documentation.
