Prepare and serve beverages for guests at the hotel’s banquet bar in a prompt, courteous, and consistent manner. Provide genuine hospitality, suggest cocktails/wine or non-alcoholic options, and up-sell premium products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar cart, manage beverage and glassware levels, and know recipes, mixing procedures, and inventory. Follow legal and hotel policies, handle payment types, and accurately record consumption after each function.
