Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee supplier booking activities from origin through freight forwarder handoff, ensuring alignment with project schedules and priorities.
  • •Coordinate road, ocean, and air bookings with freight forwarders; manage confirmations, changes, rollovers, and end-to-end shipment tracking with corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day performance of suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; ensure compliance with agreed timelines, documentation, and service expectations.
  • •Ensure adherence to Incoterms 2020 and validate shipping documentation (e.g., B/L instructions, invoices, packing lists, COO/EUR.1, certificates, container details) while resolving documentation gaps.
  • •Maintain TMS and related logistics tools with accurate booking/shipment data and provide daily/weekly reporting on status, readiness, risks, delays, and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • •2–5+ years of experience coordinating logistics, transportation operations, supplier coordination, or international shipping in industrial, EPC, or energy sectors.
  • •Strong knowledge of transportation modes, booking processes, shipping documentation, and Incoterms® 2020.
  • •Proven track record coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders in complex logistics environments.
  • •Proficiency in TMS, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with OTM is an advantage.
