Service Delivery Project Manager

Lead and drive implementation of a multi-year Service Delivery strategy and organizational change program. Own project execution: plan, coordinate delivery teams, maintain up-to-date documentation, manage interdependencies, and ensure initiatives land on time and to a high standard. Partner with stakeholders at all levels, support planning and embedding of change initiatives, monitor progress and impact against targets, and manage project risks with timely escalation. Provide project/program expertise to related People & Change efforts.
