Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing, managing, and driving implementation of the Service Delivery Strategy as an extensive multi-year organizational change program.
  • •Manage Service Delivery implementation execution: drive progress and ensure all elements of the plan are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • •Maintain oversight of delivery across initiatives; lead continuous planning and prioritization of project implementation.
  • •Coordinate the Service Delivery project delivery team, convene the group regularly, and provide support and guidance.
  • •Monitor progress and impact against targets, maintain program risks, and escalate as needed; align interdependencies with other change programs.
