•Deep dive into analytics and attribution to constantly improve efficiency.
•Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring campaigns to life with impactful messaging.
•Experiment with new platforms, tools, and strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record, mainly paid social, specifically Instagram
•Strong command over SEM, paid social (Instagram), display and retargeting
•ROI focus and data-driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills
•Ability to guide the creative team on what kind of creative to create for campaigns
•Comfortable working independently, yet great at collaborating across teams
