Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks to meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • •Operate equipment in-factory or remotely, set up equipment per SOPs and good manufacturing practices, and support installation, basic maintenance, and training.
  • •Collect and evaluate operating data, adjust equipment, and optimize production efficiency.
  • •Maximize equipment utilization and automated systems; work with the Manufacturing Operations Manager and team to meet output requirements and escalate issues when needed.
  • •Maintain raw material availability, conduct quality checks, drive process improvements, and maintain production logs and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Non-Technical Diploma holder.
  • •Readiness to work in rotating shifts (12-hour shift pattern), including weekends and/or overtime when required.
  • •Basic computer literacy and basic communication, reading, and comprehension skills in English.
  • •Physically able to perform routine manufacturing tasks safely, including standing and handling ~5kg materials.
  • •Teamwork-oriented with the ability to work independently and a basic problem-solving mindset for production troubleshooting.
