Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboardt, coacht, committeert en ontwikkelt een team van Assistent Koks, een Chef de Partie en Zelfstandig Werkende Koks, in nauwe samenwerking met de Hospitality Manager
  • •Zorgt voor bemensing en bestellingen en houdt een strakke administratie bij
  • •Zet handtekening onder kwaliteit, zowel culinair als veiligheid en hygiëne
  • •Stuurd continu op excellente performance vanuit gasten- en kostenperspectief
  • •Spot verbeter- en/of innovatiekansen en leidt daaraan gerelateerde projecten
