Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end execution of MEP activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • •Review and validate HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, ELV, plumbing, and drainage system designs, submittals, and specifications.
  • •Develop project schedules, monitor progress to milestones, and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and teams to resolve technical issues.
  • •Review BOQs, estimates, and vendor quotations; monitor budgets; support procurement and manage variation orders, claims, and commercial aspects.
  • •Oversee quality, safety, and testing & commissioning, including inspections, system handover, preparation of O&M manuals and as-built documentation, and closeout activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience managing MEP projects in construction, real estate, data centers, commercial buildings, hospitals, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale MEP installations and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Experience reviewing MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for compliance.
  • •Knowledge of local codes, statutory regulations, and international standards for MEP works.
