Lead land operations—lease administration, contractual compliance, landowner relations, and risk mitigation—while driving value creation through acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and mineral/agricultural licensing. Build scalable processes and performance metrics, manage third-party negotiations with stakeholders and agencies, and develop a high-performing team to meet annual objectives.
