Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously improve the full construction procurement cycle, including sourcing readiness, requisitioning, purchase order management, supplier onboarding, buyout tracking, contract administration, invoicing, payment coordination, change orders, and closeout.
  • •Create, document, and maintain standardized operating procedures and governance materials for construction procurement, including workflow diagrams, RACI models, decision matrices, approval paths, and controls.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable procurement process solutions across Procurement, Finance, Legal, logistics, and construction/project collaborators.
  • •Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, regulatory risks, unclear handoffs, duplicated work, and automation opportunities across procurement and contract administration workflows.
  • •Support SAP/Procore process integration and drive adoption through training materials, process benchmarks, compliance controls, performance dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or a related area.
  • •7+ years of relevant experience in construction procurement, procurement operations, contract administration, end-to-end supply network coordination, capital project delivery, commercial management, or process improvement/governance.
  • •Experience assessing business processes, identifying gaps, establishing controls, and driving improvements through SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices, governance frameworks, training, metrics, and adoption strategies.
  • •Working knowledge of the procurement and contract lifecycle (sourcing, requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier management, invoicing, payments, contracts, and documentation governance).
  • •Proficiency with enterprise systems/project delivery platforms such as SAP, Procore, and procurement reporting/workflow tools; AI-enabled ways of working are required.
