Key Responsibilities

  • •Review your schedule, prepare supplies and PPE, and travel to patients’ homes within your assigned service area.
  • •Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, and Annual Wellness Visit support.
  • •Create a warm, welcoming, and professional patient experience in a variety of home environments.
  • •Use Sprinter technology to accurately document each patient visit.
  • •Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment, while managing time and supplies independently.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 24 - 28 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks and confidence drawing blood from a wide range of patients.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a phlebotomist, medical assistant, LPN, or LVN in home preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and access to a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
