Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient care and educate patients and the public about health conditions.
  • •Assess and re-assess patients, understand and analyze assessment data, and implement and monitor the medical plan.
  • •Develop nursing diagnoses and predicted/expected outcomes in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, and bystanders.
  • •Record vital signs, recognize abnormalities, and escalate issues as required while maintaining clinical and technical skills.
  • •Administer medications and treatments, provide wound care, assist in procedures, and facilitate safe admission, transfer, and discharge.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority, as required by qualifications and experience.
  • •Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
  • •Carry out systematic patient assessment and re-assessment, collecting pertinent health data.
  • •Determine actual and potential nursing diagnoses, define expected outcomes, and create/evaluate care plans.
  • •Work within the scope of practice to ensure patient health, wellbeing, and safety first.
