Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to support safety, environmental, capacity, quality, cost, and regulatory compliance outcomes.
  • •Apply data analysis to develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and reliability problems affecting plant operations.
  • •Provide technical support during design and installation for new assets and modifications to existing assets to maximize asset availability and minimize life cycle cost.
  • •Lead and participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis, and help evaluate equipment and technical service providers.
  • •Develop and refine asset maintenance plans using value-added preventive maintenance, predictive condition monitoring, value analysis, and reliability data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an applicable discipline from an accredited university.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in rotating equipment design, installation, and maintenance in refining, petrochemical, chemical process, or power generation industries.
  • •Ability to drive continuous safety and reliability improvements in equipment installations and work processes.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, with internal and external clients.
  • •Proficiency in rotating equipment, industry codes/standards, machinery diagnostics and repair, condition monitoring, and reliability data analysis.
