Key Private Bank Client Relationship Associate

Support the Key Private Bank Relationship Manager and field team by managing the client book, onboarding new clients, and delivering top-tier service. Prepare client meeting materials, schedule meetings, and handle post-meeting follow-ups. Maintain Salesforce data quality, coordinate onboarding and lending operations support, and drive proactive outreach to retain and expand relationships. Educate clients on digital banking and provide guidance during financial planning support as needed.
