Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing and providing technical leadership to engineering teams, with a track record of hiring, coaching, or developing engineering managers/team leads.
  • •Deep technical expertise across backend, frontend, data, and third-party integrations, including building distributed services using Python and/or Go.
  • •Experience taking holistic ownership of complex transactional systems, including billing, financial accounting, membership eligibility, or customer enrollment.
