Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Subcontracts function and manage multiple teams to deliver staffing plans and performance objectives.
•Oversee the commercial aspects of Subcontracts from inquiry through award, execution, and closeout under established procedures.
•Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and liaise with Legal, Project Controls, Accounting, and Engineering regarding Subcontract content and compliance.
•Develop Subcontract sourcing documentation in collaboration with Engineering, Construction, and Project Management.
•Measure supplier performance against predefined contractual KPIs and manage changes/closeout processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,532 - 241,548 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering preferred.
•Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Subcontracts.
•Minimum of 10 years of Oil & Gas experience with an EPC or Operator.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Strong knowledge of subcontract policies and processes.
