Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Subcontracts function and manage multiple teams to deliver staffing plans and performance objectives.
  • •Oversee the commercial aspects of Subcontracts from inquiry through award, execution, and closeout under established procedures.
  • •Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and liaise with Legal, Project Controls, Accounting, and Engineering regarding Subcontract content and compliance.
  • •Develop Subcontract sourcing documentation in collaboration with Engineering, Construction, and Project Management.
  • •Measure supplier performance against predefined contractual KPIs and manage changes/closeout processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,532 - 241,548 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering preferred.
  • •Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Subcontracts.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of Oil & Gas experience with an EPC or Operator.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Strong knowledge of subcontract policies and processes.
