Job Summary

Co-manage fund accounting and financial reporting for private market funds, supporting CFO-level services and ensuring SOC-compliant processes. You’ll interact with clients, auditors, and tax providers, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help scale our Fund Administration software through accurate, timely deliverables and insightful financial data.

Key Responsibilities

•Review client deliverables, including financial packages, capital calls, distributions and ad-hoc client requests
•Interact with clients on a daily basis and manage an effective client relationship
•Ensure the accounting team is SOC compliant in all processes and procedures
•Assist Senior Director to execute new and current processes within the team
•Interact with external auditors and tax providers

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in the Venture Capital, Private Equity industry
•Experience maintaining, managing and nurturing multiple client relationships
•Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements, Private Placement Memorandum
•Experience reviewing financial statements and footnotes, ensuring consistency with appropriate reporting framework
•Experience in understanding, interpreting and working on Waterfall calculations, management fees, and carried interest allocations
