Founder's Associate

Work closely with core teams to drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. You’ll partner with leadership to solve business and product challenges, lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, and build new teams, processes, and capabilities as the company grows. The role also involves researching new markets and opportunities, improving operations by identifying problems, and delivering meaningful outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
