Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools
  • •Initiate analysis of resource forecasts and/or control account EACs and compile financial performance information
  • •Compile data from multiple sources and develop performance reports
  • •Perform variance analyses and explain operational and financial performance to management
  • •Maintain cost and schedule performance measurement baselines (including earned value) and communicate cost/schedule trends; develop business cases using indices
