Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data from CEG systems and third-party tools/logs.
  • •Develop and optimize data models that power CEG reporting, monitoring, forecasting, QA, and experimentation.
  • •Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability through validation checks, anomaly detection, monitoring, and clear data definitions/SLAs/ownership.
  • •Improve performance and cost efficiency for data jobs and queries (partitioning, indexing, query tuning, storage format optimization) for high-volume contact data.
  • •Build data tools and internal products (APIs, data services, lightweight UIs), translate business questions into analytics, and communicate insights in simple, business-friendly language.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Analyst in a data-driven environment (Staff level typically 10+ or equivalent scope/impact).
  • •Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, aggregation, and query optimization).
  • •Experience with major data warehouse/big data technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Spark, Vertica, StarRocks).
  • •Hands-on ETL/ELT and orchestration tools/frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, internal frameworks).
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language for data and services (e.g., Python, Java, Golang, Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript), plus experience building production-grade pipelines/services and BI/visualization tools.
