Job Summary

Supervise all onboard personnel and equipment for an offshore barge, handling administration, coordination with the base, and progress reporting. Manage storage/warehousing of stores and project material, ensure catering services, resolve escalated personnel issues, schedule leave breaks, and reinforce safety measures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide general administration and overall supervision of the barge, including all onboard personnel and equipment.
•Coordinate with the base for barge administration, progress reporting, future requirements, and other key matters.
•Ensure proper fuel and water supply for the barge and supporting vessels via coordination with the base.
•Oversee periodical maintenance of barge equipment, including repairs, spare parts, and internal/external maintenance such as painting and cleaning.
•Supervise warehousing and proper storage of stores and project materials; ensure catering, resolve personnel issues escalated from juniors, schedule leave breaks, and promote safety compliance.

Key Requirements

•High school or equivalent
•Good standard of English
•All offshore safety training requirements
•15-18 years of experience with proven offshore barge experience, including structure and pipe laying
