Own end-to-end production program delivery for a major product line, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met during a transition to Ashville, Ohio. Build lightweight processes and metrics for scope, schedule, and risk management, and produce contractual status reports and proposals. Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and business development, while planning resources, tracking program health, and supporting technical proposal work to grow the business.
