Key Requirements

  • •Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • •6 to 8 years of relevant experience, including retail and hospitality medium to large projects.
  • •Proficiency in HVAC design standards and regulations, including ASHRAE, CIBSE, and NFPA.
  • •Experience designing HVAC for commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects across different geographies (USA, Canada, ANZ).
  • •Strong HVAC design capabilities using software such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP, plus energy modeling tools (eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE).
