Job Summary

Lead and deliver high-quality networking managed services for clients by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents and problems. Ensure SLA compliance through monitoring, investigation of third-line support calls, and root-cause analysis. Manage high-complexity tickets, create knowledge articles, and coach junior team members. Configure, install, test, and verify client infrastructure, coordinate escalations with vendors, and contribute to automation and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional managed services by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems while meeting service level agreement (SLA) conditions.
•Perform root-cause analysis for critical incidents and implement solutions for identified problems.
•Manage high-complexity tickets, conduct thorough analyses, and provide resolutions for complex issues.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train junior team members to execute them.
•Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational using monitoring tools to respond to alerts and escalate support calls when needed.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in networking technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki switches/access points, plus enterprise network architecture and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
•Advanced certifications on at least one or two of the above technologies.
•Excellent planning and project management skills to handle changing circumstances.
•Strong communication and active listening skills, with a client-focused approach.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
