Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring teams to build sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing partner expectations.
  • •Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • •Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies, implementing and fine-tuning processes to support long-range growth.
  • •Screen and prepare candidate slates within consistent timelines, articulating plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking.
  • •Conduct in-depth interviews and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver pipelines of internal and external candidates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition / HR or full life cycle recruiting experience gained in-house, at an agency, or in a high-volume recruiting operation.
  • •Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • •Strong experience in stakeholder and communication management.
  • •Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic and English.
